Included with webNetwork is a set of cloud services that enhances the management and improves the productivity of end users who connect into the private cloud. The applications and services are available to all users and support any of the webNetwork interfaces. A detailed description of each service is listed below. teamPages - teamPages was designed to provide organizations with an "easy to use" collaboration tool for both internal and external workgroups to share information.
  • Create "teams" of users who can collaborate by sharing files, calendars, forums, tasks, reports, news, announcements, etc
  • Integrates with Stoneware's External Directory allowing external users to participate in team sharing
  • Quickly turn any group of users into a collaborative "team"
  • Simplified template interface eliminates the need for end user training

Reporting - Report Services allows organizations to build, secure, and distribute reports to their users.
  • Create rich dynamic reports with a browser-based WYSIWYG editor
  • Securely distribute reports to employees, customers, vendors, etc
  • Distribute reports in HTML, XML, PDF, Graph (Pie, Scatter, Bar, Line), Text, and Excel format
  • Create "Interactive Reports" capable of updating backend data sources
  • Supports any ODBC/JDBC database (Microsoft SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2, Informix, Sybase, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Access, etc)
  • Join SQL data with your directory services identity to enhance reporting security

File Services - Allows users to access their shared, public, and personal file systems located on the internal network.
  • Remote file access to any Windows, Linux, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, or NetWare file system
  • Supports COPY, DELETE, MKDIR, RMDIR, XCOPY, UNZIP, EMAIL, ZIP, DELTREE, etc
  • Integrates into Windows Explorer via "web folders"
  • webDav Level II support for editing Microsoft Office files "on-line"

Password Self Services - Allows users to reset their forgotten password.
  • Allows users to automatically reset their passwords
  • Users must answer a set of challenge questions in order to reset their password
  • Passwords can be emailed or reset immediately
  • Administrators and security officers are notified of password change

Document Publishing - Allows users to publish and share documents with other system users.

  • Check-in / Check-out capabilities to control document updates
  • Convert documents to PDF format for portability

Personal Desktop - Users can securely access and control their corporate desktop from anywhere.

  • Remote Desktop Registration controls which users can utilize their remote desktop based on their organizational role
  • All communications are secured through SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
  • Administrator can control which users can access their corporate desktop remotely

Remote Help - Remote control application designed to support remote and mobile users
  • Improves support for off-site, home office, and mobile workforce
  • Secure access to remote desktop through SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
  • Help desk and corporate IT can gain remote control access to remote user machines located in home offices, hotels, or customer locations

Shared Calendars - Share personal and group calendars with users
  • Create group calendars that can be shared with internal and external users

Discussion Forums - Application for creating interactive discussions between users.

webPages - webPages was designed to provide school teachers with a simple means of publishing content and information to parents and students. webPages provides a "template" system by which teachers can provide valuable information to their class without becoming and HTML editor or web page designer. webPages simplifies the process of moving content online by providing a common "look and feel" across an entire school district and allowing teachers to rapidly publish educational information.

News and Alerts - News and Alert Services will provide users with news and alert messages based on their role within the organization. Administrators will be able to easily notify all or specific users of corporate events, departmental notices, or system maintenance.

Login Scripts - Login Scripts allow the administrator to change the login process for any user by adding simple script commands.
