Stoneware customers can now easily "plug-in" Zoho's Writer, Sheet, and Show office applications into their webNetwork private cloud, enabling a savings in both time and money.

Zoho Online Office Applications

Stoneware, Inc. has integrated three of Zoho's most popular online office applications into the webNetwork private cloud: Writer, Sheet, and Show. These three office productivity tools deliver a rich set features that enable users to edit documents, create spreadsheets, and build presentations when connected to the webNetwork private cloud.

    Writer - online word processor that lets you access your documents from any computer that is connected to the webNetwork private cloud. Once authenticated to the private cloud, you are ready to get to work. Your documents are saved and retrieved securely from the corporate network. Users have all the features of a desktop word processor at their disposal: spell check, formatting, thesaurus, tables, images, etc.
  • Sheet - online spreadsheet which enables users to create spreadsheets when connected to the private cloud. Users can build expense reports, track inventory, monitor sales, and more with Zoho's Sheet. Sheet can import and export Excel spreadsheets, utilize VBA macros, and construct graphic charts.
  • Show - online presentation builder for creating and displaying graphical presentations. Users can easily create, save, and distribute online presentations when connected to the private cloud. Zoho's Show providess users with tools needed to create their own presentations, build slideshows, share presentations, and import/export existing Powerpoint files.

Zoho's online office applications have been directly integrated into webNetwork's File Services, creating a unique industry offering where customers can gain the benefits of utilizing a hosted application suite while storing documents and files on their secure local area network. Users accessing Writer, Sheet, and Show from the private cloud will open and save documents directly to their home and shared directories on the local network.
